I own a 3.8 compact 9mm, 4.5 .40, and 5.25 9mm. The slides interchange and shoot on all of them. I have a springer precision trigger in the 4.5 frame and since it was fitted to my 4.5 slide, it is not as good of a trigger with a different slide.
