About half of my 79 mods cause it to crash when loaded individually, but I know they work as a friend uses some of them with no issue. So I went and loaded my mods through LOOT, and nothing. To eliminate these as the cause, you will need to completely remove mods from your game.Try disabling all of your SKSE plugins in MO2 then startup skyrim to see if it's working. If it does reenable some of your plugins, start skyrim and see if it still works or crashes again. Repeat until you found out which mod (s) caused the crashing and handle it from there.
