I’ve tried previous workarounds for script extender not working but all I get is “script extender update failed. Script extender not available for game version v4.38.82.84. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled my mods, uninstalled and reinstalled script ...With the GOG version, in the (optional) Galaxy client, select the game, then the settings icon at the top right (beside the Play button) and under Manage Installation select 'Verify / Repair'. The mod you just dragged into the Mods folder should appear on the right of the screen. If it does not, try clicking Refresh above it.
