Reaction score. 0. May 7, 2010. #1. I just bought a used Manco Red Fox go cart. It has a 5hp Tecumseh motor. When I start the motor the go cart wants to creep foward. When I would drive it ,the torque converter would lock up and stall when I braked. The TC was cleaned and lubed and now the TC does not lock up but it still creeps when at idle.Oct 6, 2023 · Oct 6, 2023. #1. Anyways.. it will not work with a series 20 TC. what ou need is likely 12-13048 (comet 203578A) or bigger, since that belt looks too tight to be honest.
