Expert Advice On Improving...Apparently @ the end of the mages guild questline there's a choice. I won't spoil, however one choice ends up with quest giving 2sp, while the other 1 sp. To be honest it feels like a design fail since simple math forces users to pick the one with 2sp reward even if they don't feel like making that choice..
