Mechanic has replaced all sensors and throttle body. It acts like it just turns off then back on or like it runs out of gas then picks back up.Most of the time there are three wires going to the MAP. Ground, signal and power. the power wire is most likely 5 volts. Get three sewing needles and gently push each one into each of the wires going into the MAP sensor.
