Honestly I had trouble too when trying to install yuzu natively on the steamdeck. However if you just install Emudeck it lets you pick specifically which emulators you want, I picked just yuzu and it works out of the box already configured and working on the deck.I'll keep making these till you get bored or until Nintendo gets me.
